What the artists say about the festival

Please read on to find out what our festival artists say.

" Congratulations on the 25th year of the excellent Beverley Folk Festival. A test of a good and successful Festival is when the Festival itself becomes the attraction. People come to BeverlEy because they trust and enjoy themselves. They don't come because a particular artist is appearing. They come because they are confident in the Festival itself! This takes some doing but 25 years is testimony that Beverley has achieved such a status. Long may it continue! " Roy Bailey

Promoting Sustainable Transport at Beverley Festival

'CO2 -Now we know what we're doing - do something about it....And the truth is out! However hard festival organisers try and promote green energy and reduce CO2 on-site - it is the carbon footprints of fans travelling to and from events which does the most harm.' Agreenerfestival.com.
